WARNING: After you read this....you may have become a completely different person.
Physicists have irrefutably proven Einstein's innovative explication of one of the fundamental descriptive processes of Universal Physiology......how the Universe works:
E = MC-squared
Don't worry.I am not a scholar in physics. My rigorous study of the unconscious
mental process, the immense and powerful, yet ingeniously submerged bulk of the brain's "oceanic iceberg" remains profoundly illuminating. I have witnessed it's covertly unyielding influence forging the motives, emotions, cravings, decisions and actions of individual after individual.
They sit before me, puzzled, verbalizing some of the most prevalent mantras of the challenged patient: "why do I keep doing the same things that I always end up regretting?
"......" that didn't make sense"...
I want to_________ but I can't "....etc,etc,etc.
The bottom line is that everything we create....is first created in our mind.
You must take the time to take these necessary steps towards the accomplishment of any task:
1.Clear your mind....see within your mind's eye; the giant blank screen....a large, detailed, colorfully vivid picture of your dream come true.
2.Once elegantly forged...file that image within a special active reservoir within your mind's eye.Create a brief descriptive sentence describing and reminding you of the finished product, newly acquired self-attribute, or result.
3.Keep the title of the soon-to-be- accomplished product in lights.In other words, post the dream with a deadline on the mirror where you brush your teeth, the refrigerator....wherever is reasonable.
4.Do some dream building each day......take it from mental-energy (E) to reality (MC squared).
Your 80% there.... Believe.......it Matters!!
